Dallas vs Houston SFH Investment -> Which one is better?
Which one would bring higher cashflow on rental properties?
If also anyone invested in 2021 (or you've got clients who did that) could you please share your numbers?

Many of my clients are Investing in Houston. Depending on your goals and criteria, here are some good zip codes within the Houston Area you may consider.
77033, 77384, 77304, 77450, 77381, 77385, 77449, 77493, 77450, 77084, 77090, 77082
Cities like: Katy, Cypress, Spring, Some part of Houston, Conroe, Tomball, Pearland are great place to own rentals. These cities tends to command quality tenants and they have great schools.
I personally have rentals in Houston, Spring, & Conroe.
You are more than welcome to reach out if you have any questions.
