Attorney Help to seek deposit release

Tsipora Smith
Posted

I'm in need of some real estate attorney suggestions in the Dallas metroplex. I have a deposit dispute with a title company and my company is in need of representation. We have a clear TREC contract that explains that the deposit is forfeited if the previous owner (lease back situation) does not vacate the property on or before July 15th without damages. Nevertheless, the Title Company has not released the deposit to us. Thanks in advance for all help!
