Hi Everyone! Was curious on your thoughts about the Corpus Christi market specifically related to the South Side market? I am considering participating in a private investment opportunity for a large multi family unit complex with a 5 year hold. Does anyone know what the average cost per unit is? Are there any specific concerns of the area I should be considering? Appreciate any input! Thank you!
