I'm looking for a trustworthy general contractor in the Killeen, TX area that has experience working with out of town investors. I need someone who will provide pictures of the necessary repairs, progress on work completed, and who is good at communicating via email and/or a messaging service such as WhatsApp or Signal. This contractor would be for properties that need renovations prior to turning the property over to my PM.
