Where is a good area in North Texas to find raw land for long term hold?

Buy in the path of progress.   That's what Ross Perot says to do to make a billion dollars in real estate.

A couple of places I like are.....north of 380 from 35 on the West to 75 on the East all the way to Oklahoma border.

Highway 380 area west of Denton to Decatur and East of McKinney to Greenville.

My guess is you will also see good growth in Parker and Wise counties....several huge developments already announced.
