If your in Texas like I am I only use Allison Tipton out of San Antonio. Her contracts will keep you out of trouble. Feel free to drop my name when you talk to her. Plus as a note servicing company I use Madison management to handle the payments and on boarding. Best $35 a month the buyer ever pays for.
