Reg: Buying a rental property in Dallas area

Hi Guys,

I'm new to Real estate investing and was planning on exploring the path by buying a rental property in dallas.
Would like to connect with realtors and investors in dallas area and would also like to learn from people who have done it already.
It would also help with any general suggestions on areas to look for I heard Plano, McKinney might be good areas to invest.
I'm mostly planning on buying a turnkey property, which can easily rent and later should be easy to sell if needed.
For someone just starting out is it a good idea to first form an LLC and then buy the property under it or is it not worth the hassle for the first property ?

Any contacts will be helpful.
