Hello everyone!

I am a new member and its my first time posting on here. I live in Houston and I am looking to invest in rental properties in Houston and looking for a suggestion for the areas to invest?

I am planning to invest in homes(s) with a max sale price of 150K - 160K preferably in a single-family home. This would be my first home purchase and investment property so I need someone experienced to guide me through the process and help me avoid any pitfalls. The plan is to put money down on 1 or 2 SFH's and rent them out for a good ROI.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sal
