Admittedly, this might be the wrong forum to write this on but are there agents out there that find off-market properties for these would-be flippers? It seems to me that the first hard thing to do to get started (provided you have money and labor) is to find the deal. These aren't likely to be on the MLS (at least not in Austin). That being said, are there wholesalers out there that work with agents to help find properties?
