Next Tarrant County Tax Sealed Bid Sale - October 24!
When the city of Fort Worth has tax-foreclosed properties for sale, they publicize it with a "sealed bid" sale on their website. Buyers will be required to pay post-judgment taxes due to Tarrant County in addition to the amount of the bid. You submit your offer and all offers are opened at the same time. Here's the website to learn more, see what properties are in the next auction, and how to bid: http://fortworthtexas.gov/propertymanagement/realproperty/ Other cities may also have a tax foreclosure method and it might be worth reaching out to any cities that you invest in. This one is for Tarrant County. Thanks!
