I’ll buy it if you’re selling cheap enough 

 +1, plenty of people will buy it if its priced right. be sure to contract with an end buyer with proof of funds, NOT a wholesaler. They will tie you up with a contract and won't close. Too many inexperienced wholesalers with no ability to close.
