New Wholesaler in San Antonio

Hi All!

My name is Matt and I am currently stationed at Lackland AFB as an Instructor for Basic Training. I am looking at starting my journey through wholesaling to pay off some debt and create a cushion so I can make my wife more comfortable in the idea of starting our investing journey. I am curious if anyone can give me some pointers on the local market and/or perhaps give me some pointers on how to build a decent buyers list before I start driving for dollars. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
