how long floods affect home values (for tax purposes)? ...

My home flooded during Harvey and it was repaired a few months after the flood. I successfully protested my tax appraisal last year. Just received the new tax appraisal and that want to raise the home value $94,000. I dread going back down there but need to. Anyone have any clue how long a flooded home's value is affected? If you can cite any resources I could print out it may help. Thanks
