Investor Seeking Contractors, Buyers and Connections in Austin
Greetings BP community!
I will be relocating to Austin in June with my wife, Katie, to pursue our RE investments full time. We're currently living in New Jersey and have 15 units here, and in anticipation of moving, started marketing to the Austin area this week. Leads are coming in and we'd like to form some relationships with investors in the area. We're looking for a personal residence in the Round Rock/Cedar Park area in hopes of a live-in flip or house hacking situation, as well as properties to hold, or assign if they don't fit our needs.
Looking to form relationships with contractors and buyers right now, and property managers in the near future. Please feel free to send me a message, I'd love to schedule a phone call or FaceTime, get to know the area better, and get some deals done.
Thank you!

Hi Rob,
Austin is a great market to be relocating too. As far as Cedar Park/ Round Rock area for that strategy is perfect, especially with all the hype from new development in that area. I work with quite a few cash investors here so let me know how I can help in any way. Safe travels!
