LLC Repurpose - Texas Lawyers
We have an existing LLC in Texas for another business (with a DBA). Can any RE Attorneys out there let me know if we can use this LLC and repurpose it for real estate investments, or place another DBA beneath it? We pould prefer saving the $1000 that would be required to start another LLC if it's not necessary. Any guidance sure appreciated.
