Has anyone invested in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas before??
I've been researching the economy and the real estate market down there. I like it. It's strong and they have their own major employers for that region of Texas. However, the gulf is right there so storms in the gulf do affect them. Also, apparently the entire region is in a floodplain or the region has water runoff problems because they have major problems with flooding neighborhoods and streets when it rains. Can anyone offer advice?
Thank you!
