Looking to partner in these areas to begin mutual funds for rehabbing for buy and hold rentals and flipping. Need people in these areas to “act” as property managers  and be eyes on site for renovations. I live in Katy, Texas but am from these other locations to visit. I am active coast guard and would like to invest in these areas.
