What values are you using to estimate rehab costs in Houston?

Hi everyone, I'd like to know what costs you are using to estimate rehab costs on your C and B class Houston rehabs? 

For example, tile flooring cost per sq/ft? Sheet-rocking cost per linear foot (how do you price ceilings?) Interior Painting per square foot .... and so on.
