Mortgage paid off. Not sure what's next. Help?

Hello!   When I sold my house in TX I carried the financing. Lawyer wrote up the mortgage and it was registered with the county and all. Well now the note is paid, my lawyer seems to have retired and I don't want to chase down another one. Could someone tell me please what kind of deed I need to send my buyers (or do I send it to the county clerk?) in order for them to get a clear title. ?  Link to form(s) would be so appreciated. Thank You.
