Investor looking to invest in Dallas/Fort Worth
Hey folks!
Hope you're all doing well this holiday season!
My name is Andrew and I first got into real estate investing 3 years ago. Today, I have 4 SFR homes in the Seattle area grossing $17k a month.
My wife and I recently moved to Austin, Texas and we're interested in BRRR investing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We're at a point now where we're ready to begin meeting with experts from the region representing each of the "Core Four" roles or a turnkey developer.
Key for me is being able to refinance off of a successful buy and rehab given I already have mortgages in place against the Seattle homes.
Thanks for your consideration!
