Help with Pre-Foreclosures and Probates - Austin, TX

Hello -

I'm looking for what to search for on Travis County Clerks website to pull probates and foreclosures. I thought it would be simple at first but now that I've found the link, I could use some help. I found this link for probates. After doing a search for this month's, it returned around 100 results with several different types of cases below:

PB ADMIN IND WITH HEIRSHIP
PB ADMIN IND/WILL ANNEXED
PB COURT INITIATED
PB GRDNSHP ADULT PER/ESTATE
PB GRDNSHP ADULT PERSON
PB HEIRSHIP
PB OTHER - PROBATE
PB PROBATE LTRS TESTAMENTARY
PB PROBATE MUNIMENT OF TITLE
PB SMALL ESTATE AFFIDAVIT

Does this matter at all? Am I looking for a specific type of probate or does any probate constitute a lead?

Additionally, I found a different  link for Foreclosures. This link looks awesome because it appears as though you can search for pre-foreclosures AND probates. There is a filter for "Document Type" but I can't tell which type I should be highlighting. The following fields are listed and i've bolded what my gut says but any help would appreciated:

I did what John suggested for both pre-foreclosures and probate. When I knew that I wanted to handle probate leads, I called a few attorneys who walked me through the process for free.  When I made the initial call, I told them what I do and that I was looking for attorneys to recommend to clients that are familiar with the probate process and also estate planning.  Also, if you have some funds, you can try Probate Daily--they give you an Excel list of all probates that hit your selected county weekly. You pay per county.
