Multi Family in Lubbock TX

I live in Lubbock TX and rather new to investing in Real Estate. I have a full time job. I decided to invest in real estate about couple of years back. I love all aspects of real estate investing from the idea of owning a rental portfolio, land development, construction etc. I recently started a construction company and currently building three single family homes in Lubbock. For my next projects I am planning to build duplexes for rental. My ultimate goal is to build/own large apartment complexes (80 units or above). I am working very hard to achieve financial freedom.

I have learned a lot about real estate in recent years and I am sure there is still a lot to learn about it. I am looking forward to network with people who have experience in building/managing apartment complexes or similar projects.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any advise or words of wisdom.

Sincerely

Jay
