Referral for multifamily broker in Dallas/Fort Worth - DFW

Hi Everyone!

I am an investor out in Southern California, and I have an acquaintance who is looking to move his investments into the DFW area.   He hasn't had any luck finding a broker/agent in the area to help him with his property search.  He is planning to do a 1031 exchange and he is looking for apartment complexes in the $4-5M range.  He would also prefer someone who can speak Spanish as well.

Please let me know if you can assist or have any broker recommendations.  Thanks!

David Nacionales I broker class B/C apartments in DFW and with $4-5M in equity have a few listings he can underwrite.

I'm not a residential real estate agent.
