78737 - Properties in trust

A family member has recently passed away and that person listed person 'x' as the Executor, however, the spouse of the person that passed isn't giving person 'x' any information.  For example, copy of the Will or owner for the trust properties are in.  What is my best way to find out this information.  The will was not filed with the courthouse, the original attorney used to draw up the will filed bankruptcy and died.
