Motivated Sellers List

Good afternoon B.P. Forum, i was sending out this comment/question, it's so hard to find honest companies that provides you with a real motivated sellers list, they tell you that motivated sellers list you pay for will be strictly for you  an you wont have any competition on those leads, and at the of the day it's just the opposite of what you were told.

Any thought. advise ??
