Is sales price disclosure necessary?

Hello, Is sales price disclosure of a property necessary? Won't it simply increase my property taxes?

Thank you for clarifying.

@Jiju James  Hi, yes they can use this information to adjust taxes.  They will always get around to it anyway and this information can be assertained by other methods.  So I just fill it out and if there are any extinuating factors about the property I put that in writing to the county also.   Hope this helps somewhat.
