Hi everyone,

I passed the real estate salesperson exam and recently moved to Austin area. I'm looking for a sponsoring broker. I have a full time job and just want to do my own investing. I like to get MLS access and be able to view potential properties on my own time without getting another agent involved.

Any tips? Thank you for the advice.
