Insurance for Rentals?
Hi, I'm new to REI; just bought my 1st rental in Southwest Fort Worth. The properties need some work - we plan to fix roofs right away . But we hope to do the other repairs down the road...
We're looking for a way to put them under basic insurance for now. Would anyone be able to refer me to a good insurance broker that has experience working with investors and rental properties in DFW?
