Seeking recommendation for Houston, TX RE Agent

Howdy everyone, I am a newbie investor out in Houston, TX and have been following BiggerPockets for several months now.

I am just now beginning to search for properties to purchase before I move out of my current apartment in August and was looking to see if anyone had any referrals or recommendations for a good Real Estate Agent in the area.

I am looking to house-hack my first property whether that be a multi-family (duplex or fourplex) or a townhome. Ideally, I am looking for an agent that has experience with these types of properties and for my intended purpose. If you have any insight into these connections, I would greatly appreciate it!
