Any lots available in Fort Bend (or a decent area in Houston)?

I need to buy a lot to satisfy my visa requirements to move to the US from Canada. This lot is to build a new home to sell, not for me personally. Fort Bend preferred, will also consider Houston, closer to Missouri City. Kind of in a rush - want something closed in three weeks. Up to $60,000. Have been following Zillow and will by on MLS if needed, but want to know if anything is out there with better value.
