Multi Families in the San Antonio Area

Hello - Apologies in advance if I posted in the wrong area.  I am visiting San Antonio the week of April 7th.  I do have some family down there who are interested in investing in a smaller multi family (1-4 units).  Would also be open to larger apartment complexes (10-30 units).

Does anyone have any contacts (realtors, investors, etc.) that could help me get started in that regard? Would love to spend some quality time during my week there to understand the SA market.
