Newbie in Dallas and looking for a REI friendly realtor

Hello! I live in Dallas, TX and looking for a property here. I'm new to real estate investment. I'm interested in investing in real estate for a while but have not done anything yet. I have decided this is the year that I actually take action and start investing in real estate!! I found BP and spent a lot of time reading and learning about real estate investment a lot! My strategy is to buy a property (SFH) and rent it out.

I am looking for a property in north Dallas area (Plano, Frisco, Allen, etc.) and trying to connect with an investor friendly realtor familiar with that area. Any help or recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
