Hello BP community!  

I am currently based in Orange County, Ca and we are expanding our wholesaling business into Lexington (and surrounding areas) Kentucky.  We have a partner in the Lexington area and I am very excited about what appears to be a great market and really friendly people all the way around!  I just wanted to say hi, I love to network with other investors to share information, strategies and help/learn more in any way I can.

Welcome!  Keep me posted on your wholesale deals, I bought a cash property just 3 months back from a local wholesaler.
