Tenant Leads Help, Please.

Hello everyone,

We have listed our first home for rent and I’m needing some feedback. It is located in far west San Antonio and I'm hoping ya’ll may be able to help with input as this is our first rental property.

It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. We listed it the first week of November with a $500 deposit as we opted for Rental Protection (lease insurance for landlords) via Zillow Insurance Services. However, after an overwhelming amount of prospective tenants and no actual applications being submitted, we decided to raise the security deposit to equal one month’s rent. We have not received any interest since. Any ideas on what we could do to get serious leads?
