Any wholesalers in the Dallas and East Texas area?

Hey there, I got a few properties that I would like to negotiate and put under contract, however I don't know where to get the necessary contracts for a wholesale deal (purchase and sale agreement and assignment contract) which is why I'm reaching out to the local bigger pockets community.
