Itemized Quote for Renovation Kitchen and Bath

Hello,

I'm getting ready to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in one of my duplexes.  I've contacted 3 day kitchen and bath.  I've asked twice so far for an itemized quote (meaning how much is the sink, cabinets etc) and the rep will send a revised list of what I want done with a total price listed at the bottom.  

Has anyone else done business with 3 day kitchen and bath?  If so, is this their norm?
