Recommend some good Title Companies and Attorneys in Tricities,TN

I would like to get started investing, namely wholesaling, and am running into a little difficulty finding a good title company and/or real estate attorney in my area. If anyone knows of any good closing companies and attorneys who would help me close and make contracts for doing no money down real estate investing, such as wholesaling, owner financing, subject to's, and lease options, I would be VERY grateful. 

I have a very good prospect already, a potential 130k purchase with ARV of 240k that I'd like to wholesale, and the first thing I would like to do before I approach the potential seller is find a closing company and attorney to write up a contract and I'm at a bit of a stalemate. Please any advice would be very, very appreciated.

I live in the TN Tricites region, specifically, Hamblen county, morristown TN. If you invest here, who do you use to close and who is your attorney? Thanks.
