Hello

I live in the Chicago area and own a few multi units here. I have been to Tennessee a few times over the past two years and absolutely love it.

I was hoping to get a little advice as to what areas to look in. Multi familys seem hard to come by so I was wondering what you guys thought about buying land.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to BP!  Have you filled out the keyword alerts yet? Do it for the state, type property Tennessee Multi Family, etc. Also check out the tab at top left "Local Real Estate" and find one for Tennessee. Also, do a search and you'll find a lot of people that invest there, sell real estate there, etc.

If you spend some time and make the effort to search on BP, you will more than likely find the answers you're looking for.
