Does TN LLC need a TN physical address?

I can't seem to find a requirement anywhere in http://www.tn.gov/sos/forms/ss-4270.pdf that I need a physical address in Tennessee. But I started a LegalZoom application and they could not move forward with the LLC application unless I give them a TN physical address. Thoughts?
