1) What are the pros and cons of investing in the Clarksville area?

2) Can you recommend a solid property management firm?

CON:  Ft Campbell is nearby and the home of the 101st Air Borne.  Everything is great until there's a deployment - - and 3-4 months later the wife and the kids go back to mom&dad. Ergo, the vacancy rates fluctuate wildly.
