With the end of 2021 approaching, where has everyone's interest been this last year? Most successful areas and preferred methods of investment? I saw recently that Nashville is predicted to be the hottest housing market of 2022, so there's a bright outlook for the future! Looking to create a thread here for everyone to share their successes and advice for those still learning
