Hey everyone!

What cities do you see growth over the next 3 - 5 years & 10 years? also, how do you all determine which markets you want to invest in?

I am located in Charlotte but i want to invest in South Carolina. I am interested in Columbia, SC which is my home town but i am open to other markets as well.

The midwest is really booming right now in real estate especially in Ohio if your looking for strong cash flow.
