BRRRR/ Fix and Flip Questions
Hey guys!
I'm gearing up to do my first Brrrr in the next couple of months. I have some questions about refinancing/ permitting laws for SC and I'm hoping someone can give me some helpful info.
1. Are there laws about how soon you can refinance a property after an all cash purchase/reno?
2. Is it true that if a homeowner pulls a permit to do renovations, they have to hold the house for 2 years before they can sale to avoid capital gains?
