Realtors, Contractors, Property Managers around Columbia, SC

Hey guys!

I am currently doing all the homework I can on real estate investing. Reading books, listening to biggerpockets podcasts of course, and reaching out to as many people as I can who are already in the business. 

I live in Newport Beach, CA which is obviously a very hard and expensive market to start in. I currently have family that lives in Columbia, SC which I have heard is a great market to invest in. Properties and taxes are very inexpensive there with pretty good returns.

I wanted to start reaching out to realtors, contractors, and property managers around the area of Columbia, SC. Since I'm interested in investing out of state, I need to build a solid team to work with. Was wondering if any of you are already investing there and/or have any recommendations for contractors, realtors, property managers, etc.
