Hello + SC Real Estate Attorney Rec (St Helena)

Posted

Hi! I'm new to Bigger Pockets and am loving everything I see on here.

I have a question: My mother's partner is having health issues and is interested in selling a parcel of land he owns in St Helena. My mother has Power of Attorney as he recovers out of the country and I am interested in purchasing the property. I am in Los Angeles, and unable to view the property and my mother is traveling out of the country at the moment, but I have all the information from when it was put on the market 5 years ago.

I am looking for a real estate attorney in SC who can handle the processing of the quit claim deed and file the proper paperwork with the State.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Z
