Experts Needed - Single family home in Taylors, SC

Hi Ya'll,

I'm looking for some folks who have in depth knowledge about the market for single family homes in Taylors, SC near Greenville, South Carolina.  

My family has a home in the area between Brushy Creek Road and Edwards Road that we will need to do something with in the next year (rent or sell).   The house was built in the 50s and is very well cared for but needs to be updated.

I'm specifically interested if there are any flippers who have refurbished houses in this neighborhood or realtors who have in depth knowledge of the types and conditions of homes in this neighborhood.  Also, if there are any property managers who manage homes in this area, I'd also like to chat with you.
