Property for possibly multi-units and or assisted living facility

Hello, my name is Elonne and I am reaching out to look for a reputable partner in order to use a property or two. One of the property's is on 3-4 mostly cleared acres and would be a wonderful place to develop say an assisted living facility or a multi-unit development for rental units. Have been using it as strictly a rental unit space, but it has soooo much more room to take advantage of and I am interested in doing just that! It is located in a small town that is roughly 20-25 minutes from both Sumter SC and Camden SC.
