Brand New Upstate Investor

Hello all, I am just starting out my RE investing career and this is my fist post on BP. I currently live in Anderson, SC. I was wondering if you all had any advice besides scouring the internet and reading as much as possible. I was looking to get started with wholesaling as that to me sounds like the simplest way to get started. I could be wrong though. Any advice will do. I'm looking to soak up as much information as possible. Thanks in advance.
