Looking for rental maintenance guy in upstate

I am looking for an emergency handyman that can do simple plumbing, electrical, overall repairs.  Basically, I'm tired of paying 10%/month for the property managers to collect my payment.  I want a handyman that will be on-call (almost 24 hrs/day) for repairs when I'm out of town.  Most of the time I can fix what needs to be fixed, but I travel 25% of the year.
