Modular Multifamily Construction

Has anyone in Southeastern PA ever built a multifamily property using modular construction? I do a lot of work on existing properties and I am fascinated by the build-to-rent model, and even more fascinated by the modular construction process.

Would love to connect with anyone in Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, or Delaware Counties who have made this work.

@Rich O'Neill  We did a 17 townhouse development in Central PA. that used a modular builder.  It was fun to watch them truck in the boxes and place them on the basement foundations.  The same modular factory also made "This Old House" TV show episode where they rebuilt at the Jersey shore after super storm Sandy.  This was in Cumberland County and is subject of Chapter 67 in the book I talked about in Bigger Pockets #82
